DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION
D2402 is a solution of high molecular weight cationic polymer combined with specialized additives.
This product is designed to work in conjunction with D2430 and is used in processes for separating paint sludge from circulating water in paint spray booths.
In combination with products such as D2430, LCD SH50, etc., it effectively removes paint particles from circulating water, supporting flotation processes for sludge collection. It helps keep the circulating water clean, prevents system clogging, and reduces corrosion.
The product is widely used in paint spray lines in automobile and motorcycle manufacturing plants, as well as in factories producing mobile phones and other household appliances.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The dosage of D2402 is typically calculated at 0.1–0.15% of the amount of oversprayed paint entering the water curtain system requiring treatment.
D2402 should be pre-diluted with water at a ratio of 1 kg D2402 to 200 kg of water, mixed thoroughly for about 15 minutes. Then, it should be gradually dosed using a metering pump during operation. The pump flow rate should be set based on the actual amount of paint entering the water system and is usually determined through on-site evaluation.
