DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION
D2430 is a solution of high molecular weight cationic salt polymer combined with other specialized additives.
This product is designed to work in conjunction with D2402 and is used in processes for separating paint sludge from circulating water in spray booths.
Together with products such as D2402 and LCD SH50, it effectively removes paint particles from the circulating water, supporting flotation processes for sludge collection. It helps keep the water clean, prevents system clogging, and minimizes corrosion.
The product is widely used in spray painting lines in automobile, motorcycle manufacturing plants, as well as in factories producing mobile phones and other household appliances.
