DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION

AS03 is an inhibitor formulated with phosphate, catalytic sulfite, antiscalant agents, anti-sublimation additives, and other supporting chemicals. It ensures that no scale forms on equipment surfaces and minimizes metal corrosion under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions in boilers and heat exchangers.

The product operates effectively at conditions up to 300°C and 40 atm. It is non-toxic, safe for humans, equipment, and the environment.

  • Effectively removes dissolved oxygen in water and within the operating environment of equipment
  • Neutralizes carbonic acid and controls alkalinity within optimal limits to minimize corrosion

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Recommended dosage: 150–250 ml per m³ of make-up water.

Actual dosage depends on operating conditions such as temperature, water hardness, and boiler runtime. Appropriate dosing levels should be determined based on system-specific conditions and monitored through the following parameters:

  • Dissolved oxygen concentration
  • Alkalinity of feed water
  • Phosphate concentration
  • Total hardness of inlet water

AS03 is dosed into the feed water system using an automatic dosing pump. It can be added into the feed water tank, storage tank, or directly into the feed water pipeline. If a deaerator is present, it can be injected after the deaeration system.
