DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION
LCD SH50 is a sodium hydroxide solution combined with specialized additives.
This product is designed to create an activation environment that allows D2430 to perform under optimal conditions.
It works in combination with products such as D2402, D2430, etc., to effectively remove paint particles from circulating water during the flotation process for sludge collection. It helps keep the recirculating water clean, prevents system clogging, and minimizes system corrosion.
The product is widely used in spray painting lines of automobile and motorcycle manufacturing plants, as well as in factories producing mobile phones and other household appliances.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The consumption of LCD SH50 is calculated at 0.4–0.5% of the amount of D2430 used.
LCD SH50 is used directly and added into the circulating tank during the spray painting process. The pH should be checked every 2 hours to ensure it remains within the range of 8.2–8.5.
